THE URBAN SERVICE AREA OF THE NINH THUAN 1 NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

Palm Landscape implements specific planning in the rate of 1/500 urban area for the project of the Ninh Thuan 1 nuclear power plant. The project is located in the Duong forest area in Tu Thien Hamlet, Phuoc Dinh Commune, Thuan Nam District. This location is convenient for the formation of an urban area, especially to meet the demand of anchoring boats and fishing activities, and being able to develop to become an urban area meeting the needs of houses for workers and tourism trade functions, due to the advantage of connecting traffic with neighboring areas, especially the ability to connect to Phan Rang City – Cham Tower quickly.

The natural landscape is the most precious resource of the urban area. However, due to extreme weather conditions, there should be solutions to overcome. In addition to creating natural landscape space, strengthening additional green space systems, and water surface - open space increases the value of the urban landscape, creating a flexible linkage framework between functional areas and the place to attract community exchange activities.
